We are seeking a sporting tenant for Soval House from Dec 2020 season for a rental of 1 – 3 years. Soval House sleeps up to 15 people comfortably and has been recently upgraded. There are 10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sport which will be included to the let will be as follows:

The right to place a boat and fish for salmon, sea trout and trout on Loch Langavat, the top end of the famous Grimersta system.

Exclusive use of the fishing on Soval Estate for one week in June. Date to be agreed by Landlord.

2 rods to fish for the season on the Strandavat River and Loch Strandavat.

The right to place a boat and fish for trout on Soval Loch, which is adjacent to the property and other local trout lochs by agreement.

Trout fishing for up to 3 rods from the bank of any trout loch on Soval Estate.

i) 5 hinds in total on either ii) 25,000 acres of Pairc or 35,000 acres of Soval or a combination of the two.
